Dream of becoming a doctor turns true for an orphan tribal boy of Ganjam


The dream of an orphan tribal boy in Odisha’s Ganjam district to become a neurologist could be a reality as he was ranked 13 in the Scheduled Tribe category in All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) admission test. “It was a happy moment for me when the results were declared. At the same time, I was a bit apprehensive about joining MBBS course in the prestigious medical institute due to money crunch,” Narayan Mallick (18) of Bhanjanagar said.
But a Berhampur-based tutorial organisation has come forward to provide all assistance for his admission in the prestigious AIIMS.......................................................
